The 4 week Jump Start Individualized Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching takes an Athlete who has a Training Coach and wants to immediately incorporate OFM into their lives but does not wish to go through the 3 Mentorship.

Included is the following:

Full evaluation by an OFM Coach specializing in Nutrition and Lifestyle
Initial conference call with client and Coach(s)
Followup guidance based upon meeting, intake questionnaire and other data provided by the Client
Weekly or Biweekly call or conference to evaluate and adjust program to meet Client's needs with emailed guidance
Modules and links to any videos and content relevant to Client's needs
3 months access to OFM Content & OFM Closed FB Group page
