The OFM Run Training is an OFM Coached Run Program specifically tailored to the individual's lifestyle and goals. Run distances include everything from "Couch to 5K " up to Road Marathon and Trail 50K distance for athletes of all ages and abilities. This version is the continuation of the Mentorship Program. You still receive all the benefits of the Mentorship, but, because you have been through the mentorship process we do not have the same monthly time invested and can pass on that savings to YOU! In addition we waive the setup fee as you are in our system.
